Growing up in Japan, the kitchen was always my favorite place to be. I started baking when I was five years old alongside my mom. One of the sweets we made often was Checkerboard cookies. I still remember standing on a stool in front of the oven, watching them slowly rise with excitement as the warm scent of butter filled the kitchen..Sharing those cookies with my family and watching their faces light up was the most meaningful part of baking. Those small, joyful moments shaped my earliest memories in the kitchen and quietly planted the seed for everything that came after. I earned a degree in Culinary Management and later worked professionally as a cookie decorator. But deep down, I always knew I wanted to build something of my own. Starting my own cookie business wasn’t just a career move. It was a natural next step.

When Yuki began working as a cookie decorator and discovered the cookie printing machine, I immediately saw the potential. Growing up in Nigeria with a mother who ran her own business, entrepreneurship always felt natural to me. While I didn’t come from a baking background, I work in the IT field, and the idea of combining creativity with technology excited me. The cookie printing machine wasn’t just equipment to me, It was a bridge between Yuki’s craftsmanship and innovation. I knew I could bring structure, systems, and strategy to help turn her talent into a scalable business
